About Me
My journey towards wellness started as I entered my mid-40s. The discomfort and soreness that used to vanish within a day now lingered for two or even three days. Deep down, I knew that there must be something out there capable of easing these aches and pains and improving my mornings. I just needed to uncover it.
As I looked beyond the fundamentals of eating better and exercising, I came to realize that our entire being - body, mind, and spirit - contributes to our overall well-being.
It is my goal to go with you on a holistic path towards whole body health. I will serve as your guide, helping you discover the practices that work for you. I will also be there alongside you as you explore what doesn't work,
empowering you to let go of those habits. Through whole body health, we unite the mind, body, and spirit, allowing them to work together and enhance your daily life. Let’s embark on this journey together!
